I just purchased the digishop because it did what my client needed. once i got it i noticed this cool feature called image zoom, where you can mouse over the image and have it show you a larger image without going to another screen or a popup or whatever...this is a really cool feature i think and i just wanted to give this cart a good review because their cart does everything i need and it has cool features that make it look really slick! thanks digishop cart....

I used digicart for a client to try it out and as a web developer with 10 years of experience at first really liked it. What I found as we got into it, a lot of the functionality did not fully work and I had to go in and correct the code. It's also lacking certain functionality that should be there for the price. I checked them out as to compare to x-cart (the cart I mostly use) and I will stick with x-cart. Much better program and service!!

Hey I just wanted to write in here because I first heard of digishop from this site and so because of that I just purchased digishop cart for one of my clients because it has one page checkout. but i also noticed it has this cool new thing where it allows the product image to be zoomed. its really cool. my client loves this cart and that type of cool feature is part of the reason why. i will definitely try this cart again. definitely check this cart out if you are looking for something to use.

I used this store for a new client of mine and didnt know what to expect. I am glad I did it because I am very satisfied. It has just about all the features I needed, and at the right price, so overall it was the best value. The design was easy to setup for my client using the templating wizard they have. And they don't use smarty templates which I like. The support was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The salesguy was also very nice. I would recommend this software to anyone.

i wanted to post about digishop because i used it for my client and it worked out great. the design was easy for a web designer like me to integrate with, and it was easy for my client to learn. i didnt have to play teacher and web designer thanks to this cart. if you want a cart that will make your life easier for ecommerce projects, definitely try this system.

The one page checkout in this cart is awesome...I purchased the cart because it said it would allow for a checkout all one page, and its so cool. All the shipping options work on there and it allows for an easy and quick checkout process. If you need one page checkout, then give this cart a look.

I purchased digishop a while back. I called recently b/c there was this keyword ppc report that you could use to setup keywords, but didnt know what it was for. i was told that it gives you a chance to setup your ppc keywords and then use the links it creates as links in the search engines (i use google). i just want to say this feature is great b/c i can tell which keywords work and which ones do not. it saves me a lot of time. thanks to digishop for thinking of this!!!

I purchased digishop within the last 2 months and wasn't sure how it was going to work out. I pretty much got it because it had the 2 exact features my client needed. I was hoping it would work out OK so my client would be happy and I would get paid. Boy did it. The system was easy to integrate my design with, and because of that and the features my client needed, everything went perfect. I will definitely use digishop again in the future.

Sum Effect's live phone support has been huge for me. I am sort of needy but they have been a great help, especially Terry. The product itself has been great. The features are all there plus extras. This is company is one hidden gem.

Digishop has some nice features but is not much different than other lower cost carts out there. The company's customer service is LOUSY. Don't waste your money on this product, and save yourself headaches down the road when you need help from the company.

I was looking for ecommerce software on hotscripts and came across digiSHOP. I decided to make the plunge and purchase the software after weeks of questions to their patient sales reps. It was the best decision. Not only did I get their latest version digishop pro, but they were able to customize the software to modify a few features for me. I just purchased digicart 5.0 and it works great...i purchased it because my client wanted to use a system that let her customers checkout without having to click through 10 pages to do it. digicart has a 1 page checkout feature in it that works great! My client loves it and is very happy. I will definitely be recommending this cart to other clients in the future....

If you need a cart that has it all, plus can back it up with live US phone support then this is the cart for you. They have taken care of me from day one. They have made several custom modifications for my customers, with no problems. Great support and sales staff. The only regret is that I didn't find digiSHOP sooner. Keep up the good work.

Just recently purchased digiSHOP for a fortune 1000 customer. Installation was a breeze. Everything I have done so far has been really easy, including customization. This program is a great value as I would far more than retail price for the great phone support and number of features/ease of use. digiSHOP really stands out as best of breed.

Although the features of the shopping cart seemed quite useful and comprehensive, we decided to take their 30 day trial. Meanwhile we requested quotes on modifications but since these came to over $1400, using this shopping cart seemed a rather expensive option so we requested a refund - still within the 30 days. Despite 3 e-mails to the company, we have received no response and still not received our refund. We would suggest great caution with payments to this company.

I found there is a reason that digishop is so cheap. It's because the software isn't really complete. If you look through the code, nearly every file has a comment labelled 'TODO'. Obviously there are still glitches or problems. One comment even said 'but it's good enough for guvmt work.'. Very unprofessional! Their customer support is also very slow. Plus they offer discounts, just to void any refunds. Installation is also a pain in the ass. Live support is a lie too. Don't buy this!!!

I have used many carts in the past, but this one is the best by far. It was really easy to integrate my html design and great use of css. The entire feature set is huge, but it is still easy to use with a great admin area. Wonderful support department that was there to help me on the phone rather than having to wait for tickets to be answered. This is two thumbs up! I will certainly recommend it to all of my clients.

I end it up losing a lot of time and money with this shopping cart. Their customer service, insecure products, upgrade and return policies are the worst you’ll ever see. Hopefully, you won’t make the same mistakes as us (unhappy customers). I wouldn’t be surprised if the good reviews in this or any other site comes from an employee of that company, including the CEO: Matt Delong. Best wishes. Do yourself a favor. Don’t waste your time and invest your money wisely.

I ordered an installation which I had to call back and ask for as even after the order was placed and I was assured it would be installed, I somehow wasn't even on the list. I guess that should have been a sign for me, but it wasn't. I ordered a custom modification written for the cart I purchased. On the surface, this cart seems to be a good choice but it lacks many features found in other carts and those features it does have are poorly implemented. The code underneath is also very poorly planned with more 'includes' than I can count. Templates are OK but they can sometimes be a little tricky. Overall I would say shop around and be sure to give the online demo a thorough comparison with other carts before you buy. Given my experience with the product, I would not buy it again.

I haven't been able to keep up with the hits that I have gotten for my site using DigiSHOP's SEO. The admin pages are so easy to manipulate and the reports are awesome. This is by far the easiest e-commerce shopping cart I could have asked for. And the best part is they constantly update and I can add features without having lose any of my existing customer data or design. Great job and good show!

After comparing sunshop, x-cart, and squirrel cart, what sealed the deal was the support team of digishop, both before I bought and after. I also like that they update their software every two weeks with new features, to keep it growing with my business as it grows. The free installation and wizards helped me implement my design no problem. If you can't figure out digishop you don't belong in a web business, cause it's so freakin easy. A++++ ALL AROUND!!!

I bought the software. From day one it never worked. They tried to fix it and only until after the 30 days expired, my money back guarantee was refused. The code is unstable and full of comments saying "this needs to be fixed". Anyone would be crazy to buy this crap and rely on it to make money.

For the price it really doesn't have all the features you would expect it to have. If you need minimal features its great but its missing things that any ecommerce enables site would need to function. If it was about 1/3 the price it would be worth it.

digishop really hit the nail on the head for me. Overall a great shop with all sorts of features. A real plus was that it has great phone support team, plus it isn't just an OSCommerce spawn like some other carts. They performed some intense customizations for my client and hit it out of the park. Couldn't be happier.
