I am not a hater. Do not buy this script. You will be sorry for your money. Search in hotscripts and google for better scripts that even cheaper and have better support. Previous customers including myself had helped fix tons of stuff on this seller's site but the return is ignorance. This script is a combination of free corrupted piece of script from internet. Find others' or make your own. Don't waste your time and money!

The price on this blew me away and it was way better than I expected. It's so easy to customize and has tons of features, this is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I also got great customer support on accidentally ordering 2, next day they corrected it. By the way if you have problems with the script its most likely because you need short_tag = On in php.ini (which are default on with most servers). Cheers, Jesse

Script is OK if you already know PHP. If not, then clearly stay away from this script.It has so many bugs which are known to the script owner but he's too reluctant to do anything. You'll keep posting in forums but hardly you'll get a reply. They promise email support which you'll NEVER get,paid support is $50 per hour. If you're a PHP expert, you can make this work yourself to good extent and fix bugs. Don't expect any kind of support from this guy.All in all an OK script with HORRIBLE support

... because this "out of the box, ready to go" script is anything but. You will need to know HTML at the very least to complete this web site. A broken link checker will be helpful so your site actually works. Not a bad script, so far, but no way is this suitable for the non-experienced, non-programmer person looking for a simple solution.

I can across this script a few days ago, and already have he site set up. It is attractive as it comes, though easy to customize, install and use. I would like to add that DB Design has been more than helpful in helping me personlize some features. I would certainly recommend this script over many of the others I have tried.

Excellent Script. Easily modified if necessary. Author provides good support and was able to fix my issue within a few days. ALOT of bang for the buck- many extras like movie times, news and weather that make your site look really impressive. Had a minor issue with Zip code searching, but author fixed it. My first script that I ever purchased and i give it a big thumbs up! I did not use it for real estate, though -see the script in action: www.thaifood.com.

I searched for days online to find the real estate listings script that I needed. This one had every feature that I was looking for and more all for about 1/4 of the price of comparable scripts. You control every aspect of the site (number of pictures, all category types, payment options, prices, etc.) all from the easy to use admin control panel. Don't waste your time with the other scripts out there, this one comes with all of the features that others consider optional. Great job DB Design!
